About the Role

We're building context/fab, a venture-backed industrial AI startup on a mission to upgrade manufacturing by solving the hardest data problems on the shop floor. EU discrete manufacturing is under cost and delivery pressure; the context layer is the control point to enable the next evolution of efficiency by unlocking AI and Agents at scale.

As our Founders Associate (GTM / Growth / Sales), you will work alongside the CEO to build the commercial engine of the company. You will work on building pipeline, running discovery, designing and closing pilots, and optimising our go-to-market across ICP, messaging, pricing, and partner experiments. Secondary scope includes venture building, ops and funding.

What You’ll Own

  • Pipeline generation and qualification across our ICP in discrete manufacturing
  • Discovery, pilot design, commercial proposals, and closing
  • Pricing experiments and packaging for pilots and land-and-expand
  • GTM instrumentation: CRM hygiene, dashboards, win-loss, messaging
  • Content that sells: case briefs, one-pagers, talk tracks, demo scripts
  • Partner motion v0: shortlist, outreach, first co-selling experiments
  • Fundraising enablement: investor pipeline, data room hygiene, non-dilutive applications calendar and submissions

Outcomes in Your First 90 Days

  • Create a 100 account target list across 2 ICP slices with named buyer personas
  • Book 20 qualified first meetings, run 15 structured discoveries, convert to on-site workshops and paid pilots
  • Automate GTM dashboard for pipeline, meetings, deal summaries, follow-ups, pilots, cycle time, conversion, and projected revenue
  • Build a grant pipeline. Submit 2 non-dilutive applications with complete materials

How We Operate Day to Day

  • Running customer calls, mapping pain and value, defining success criteria
  • Drafting proposals and MSAs with founders, pushing to signature
  • Capturing learnings into playbooks, collateral, and CRM
  • Weekly reporting on funnel health and next actions
  • Preparing investor updates, attachments, and data room artifacts

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have shipped measurable GTM outcomes. Meetings set, discoveries run, pilots closed, learnings captured
  • You’re credible with both plant engineers and business leaders. You translate shop floor reality into commercial value
  • You write clearly, operate from a plan, and like weekly targets and dashboards
  • You learn products fast and can sell complex data and AI concepts simply
  • Fluent in English. Fluent in German or working towards it

Qualifications

  • 1 to 4 years in B2B sales, founder associate, consulting, or BizOps with commercial ownership
  • Comfortable running discovery, drafting proposals, handling objections, and discussing price
  • Strong analytical skills, CRM discipline, and structured operating habits
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
